The entire production takes place in San Giovanni al Natisone, Udine, Italy. Only state-of-the-art plants and machineries are used during the production process which is integrated by its own quality and environment control system, adequately structured and currently in the process of being certified according to the international standards. Most importantly, a sophisticated and innovative artificial vision system has been implemented for the in-line quality control of specific production stages.

All Buiani products are tested (DIN, EN, BS, ANSI-BIFMA) in eminent Italian and foreign labs, which are recognized and credited by National government authorities.
